Natchez Water Works offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payments:
The Natchez Water Works Accepts Payments Online through our Online Bill Payment Portal. Payment types accepted through online bill pay are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Electronic Checks. Click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy.
Phone Payments:
The Natchez Water Works Accepts Payments by Phone at anytime by calling 844-382-4429. Payment types accepted by phone are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Electronic Checks.
Payment By Mail
If choosing to pay by mail, enclose payment stub with check or money order made payable to the Natchez Water Works. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automatic Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Debit Form and drop it off at our Main Office located at 150 North Shields Lane, along with a voided check. This form may also be located in the Forms & Reports Section of our website.
Payment at Main Office Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders and Visa, Mastercard or Discover Cards. A Drive-Thru is also available for your convenience. Please remember to bring your bill with you when making a payment.
Payment at After Hours Drop-Box
For after hours payments, there is a payment drop-box located at the end of the drive-thru. Just place your payment and payment stub in one of the envelopes provided and place inside the secure drop-box. Be sure to include your account number or service address on the envelope to insure that payment will be posted correctly.
Note: All payments put in the drop box will be processed at 8:00 am the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
